Welcome!
I’m excited to be the Principal at STA working closely with the school community to explore new opportunities and resolve challenges as we move forward with the new school year. Through compassionate leadership, I will continue to support students in all aspects of their lives.
As an educator for 15 years, I recognize the value of building relationships. From teachers, staff, and school-based professionals, to parents, guardians, extended families and community members, our students’ success cannot be achieved without the sum of all these parts.
You entrust your children in our care. They enter STA as teenagers and graduate as young adults. These five years in high school are a time of tremendous change, self-expression, friendships and exploration. They are also a time of some anxiety and challenges.
We want to create an environment that fosters learning and growth, while celebrating the achievements of our students. We want to help raise young adults who understand that privileges and rights go hand in hand with responsibilities.
We need your continued support in helping the school accomplish this because together we are stronger. I believe we can achieve this together through creativity, innovation and determination.
