ALL track and field athletes need to check the posting of their North Shore results on the bulletin board outside the weightroom
All highlighted top 6 performers from the NS finals are in VS2S action this Thurs and Fri
ALL qualifying 100-1500m runners are competing in their individual events, are ALSO one of the contending 6 on deck for the 4×100 and 4x400m relays – everyone is part of the 6 athletes / group that make up a relay team
ALL individual and relay qualifying athletes need to pick up their schedule of events at our bulletin board outside the weightroom
Transport to VS2S meet on STA bus departing 0700 Thurs and Fri for Swangard
